Do you offer ski binding mounting services?
Yes, we offer professional mounting services for all ski and binding packages. During checkout, you will be asked to provide your boot sole length (BSL), height, weight, age, and skier type to ensure a safe and accurate mount.
What is your return policy on used equipment?
We accept returns on new, unused items within 30 days of purchase. Once skis have been mounted or used on the snow, they are no longer eligible for return unless there is a confirmed manufacturer defect.
How long does shipping take for oversized items like skis and snowboards?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Due to the size of ski gear, we use specialized carriers. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?

What happens if my gear arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If your equipment is damaged during transit, contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product so we can initiate a claim and send a replacement.
